"we had a great time at
this perfect place. The
property is very clean
and well-maintained.
The owner provides very
detailed information
regarding the
activities, attractions
and restaurants around
the farm house.
The house is very charming. The swimming pool is lovely (the owner cleans
the pool
every morning).
The landscape is beautiful. When you open the door in your bedroom, the
bright big moon is right
in the sky, moonlight
shines on your bed,
which is romantic.
You can stay in the
house or beside the pool
to relax, enjoy the hot
sunshine;
or you can drive to the south coast to visit big cities and beach. The
farm house is located a
great location since you
can drive to the beach
or other cities within 2
hours.
The village is
beautiful. People in the
village are extremely
friendly & nice. We
would like
to highly recommend this charming holiday place to our friends. "

Payment
We accept payment in Euros
(€) and
UK Sterling (£).
Exchange rates
are calculated at the time of
the reservation for the
deposit payment and 1
week prior to the final
payment's due date.

Your booking is NOT
confirmed until we have
received the 40% deposit
required. We also
require a security deposit
of 100 euros. This is to take the form of a cheque, from the lead
member of the party
booking, provided and
dated on your arrival
date.
In the event that there
are no breakages, your
cheque will be
returned by post
following the inspection
on your departure day.
We do not charge for
the odd glass or plate.

Extra Guests
The cottages have been
designed to accommodate
the advertised number of
guests according to our
Licence of Tourism and
Public liability
Insurance.
We do not permit camping
or day visitors to use
the facilities
at Monte da Quinta.
