You Get What You Pay For!
Our rates at Monte da Quinta reflect the quality of our facilities. Therefore we are not the cheapest but our testimonials are real and provide you with the reassurance you need about booking your holiday with us. Beware of unlicensed properties, absent landlords and testimonials written by owners.
Check out your location, how far are you from the local town, supermarket and restaurants. Does the property have mains supplies or generators and bore holes?
Is there someone to help you if something goes wrong or advise you on the best places to go?
So, we may not be the cheapest in the area, (we pay tax and IVA to support the economy) but we do try to ensure that you get the best holiday experience and the fact that we have so many recommendations and returning guests is what matters to us.

Casa de Campo
Our luxury country houses are maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and are inspected on a weekly basis.
We restored the houses in 2005 to strict guidelines set by the Ministry of Tourism Portugal.
- Mains drainage, mains electric, solar water heaters and no gas appliances were permitted
- Our swimming pool water is regularly tested
- We are required to provide a life saving ring at the pool side
- All rooms have smoke alarms which are connected to a central alarm system
- Fire panic buttons and emergency exit signs are located at the main exit to each property.
- The kitchens are fitted with fire extinguishers and fire blankets
We are a registered business and licensed operators for Turismo Rural
- We are insured for public liability
- We are regularly inspected for health and safety
- We are on site to assist, manage and maintain our standards
Our reputation along with your recommendation is our future. We are passionate about preserving and protecting the future of Alentejo. We ask you to be aware of unlicensed holiday properties.
